21 EASY TIPS you can use with your strength & conditioning class or weightlifting class on the first day of school. Besides the first day, these tips need to be implemented throughout the first week as well. Many are housekeeping issues, and some you may already do, but some may give you an idea on something new you may want to try. If you have more ideas and procedures and policies you implement, let me know so that I can spread the word to other High School Strength Coaches across the nation.
